#Schijn is a performance for theater festival Tweetakt in Utrecht. It is a youth performance about the use of social media for children around 12 years old. The production was directed by Sanne Vogel, and set, costume and lighting were provided by Marit Adriaanse and me.

The performance was an assembly of different
storylines about influencer children who encounter problems that the target group recognizes in their daily use of the Internet. In the design we therefore assumed a multitude of stimuli, with different focal points at the same time and where each time you get a brief isolated view of a life behind the pictures you normally scroll past without thinking.
